About Sam Hall

Those who know Sam well will tell you that his calm, patient and affable personality bely his fierce determination to build his real estate team into the most respected and recognizable experts in St. Louis' residential real estate marketplace. In his partnership with J. Warner, Sam has found the means to combine his creativity, construction knowledge, media expertise, and his passion for client service and community engagement to the benefit of buyers and sellers throughout the St. Louis Metro Area.

Sam began his career in real estate in 2011, and quickly became one of the most successful agents in St. Louis Central Corridor. A graduate of the University of Missouri Columbia, he started his professional life working as a political and community organizer both at the State and National level.

In 2006, Sam joined the Nation’s largest land use and zoning consulting firm, where he negotiated projects throughout the Southeast United States. In 2007, he returned to the St. Louis area to launch a remodeling and real estate development business specializing in historic restorations. This work leads Sam into real estate sales, and he has never looked back, now coaching and mentoring other new Realtors.

In addition to ranking as one of the top St. Louis Realtors, Sam also serves in leadership positions at St. Louis and Missouri Association of Realtors. He is also an avid cyclist, runner, and is a mountaineer currently in the process of climbing the highest summits on each of the seven continents, and has completed those in Africa, Europe, the United States, and South America.
