Kirkwood/Webster Grove

 

About 15 miles west of St. Louis are the cities of Kirkwood and Webster Groves. Picturesque and suburban, neighborhoods here have thriving populations. Currently, 27,708 people live in Kirkwood, while 22,951 individuals reside in Webster Groves. Those who commute to and from St. Louis enjoy a one-way drive time of under 30 minutes. Kirkwood has just as many sights and attractions to offer. Among the more noteworthy places to visit is The Magic House, St. Louis Children’s Museum. This imaginative museum is full of innovative and hands-on exhibits. For a history lesson, take a tour of the Frank Lloyd Wright House in Ebsworth Park. Additionally, spend a morning or afternoon at Kirkwood Park, Powder Valley Conservation Nature Center, or Emmenegger Nature Park.
