Locals recommend sampling the menu items at places such as OB Clark’s (a longstanding community sports bar and restaurant), Frank Papa’s Ristorante, Carl’s Drive-In, Trainwreck Saloon, and Time for Dinner. You can also grab your next meal at one of the many chain fast-casual and sit-down restaurants in the area.

A community favorite is easily Tilles Park. Spacious and well-maintained, this park has multiple playgrounds, public restrooms, a play area with a spray fountain, walking paths, and fishing. Locals are also quite fond of 14-acre Brentwood Park, which is situated on the southern side of town. Minutes away, you can take your doggo out for a day of play at the Norm West Brentwood Dog Park.
 
Some additional not-to-be-missed destinations include the Brentwood Parks & Recreation Center, Memorial Park, the Memorial Park Roller Rink, Rosalie/Eulalie Park, and Hanley Park.
