About Julian Hess

Julian Hess is a Real Estate Professional who, for the past 34 years, has been active in a wide spectrum of the industry. With a successful track record in development, brokerage, and property management, Julian has developed a considerable expertise in valuation analysis and multi-family investments.

Julian has purchased, renovated, and sold, several hundred multi-family rental units with sales in excess of $24,000,000. In addition, he has led partnerships to identify and acquire well-located apartment complexes and convert them to condominiums with sales exceeding $20,000,000. And, he has successfully purchased, renovated, and resold dozens of single-family homes in the central corridor of St Louis, thus developing a passion for all things real estate related.

Despite all of his experience and knowledge, Julian believed that using experts is the best path to success. When the time came, to sell his family’s longtime personal home, he and his wife engaged Warner and Sam to sell their home and purchase a new home suitable for their lifestyle. A former marathoner, Julian now enjoys his time away from work walking, biking, cooking, and traveling. His greatest joy is spending quality time with with his family, and playing with his growing brood of grandchildren.
